 This 18-hour workshop for educators and administrators of schools in marginalized communities helps educational leaders to recognize how trauma shows up at school, impairs learning, and causes behavioral difficulties.  Educators develop a trauma responsive plan and are invited to consider how to restructure their school administration and classrooms around trauma responsive strategies proven to yield higher graduation rates, better academic achievement, less behavioral difficulties, and greater teacher satisfaction.
