Carmen received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology and M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and over 26 years of clinical experience. She is the founder of two thriving mental health practices and a former adjunct professor for Liberty University and Evangelical Seminary. With her husband, Bob, she co-founded Alli, a cutting-edge online mental health coaching service and Reclaim Life, an international nonprofit serving the developing world. She currently serves as Reclaim Life’s Director of Training.

Since 2000, he has served as Associate Pastor with Living Faith Church, Director of Development of St. Martin de Porres School, Regional Manager with Geneva Global international philanthropic consulting, founder of F.R.E.E., a US-based anti-human trafficking nonprofit, and co-founder of Reclaim Life, where he currently serves as Director of Operations.
